Natural Remedies to Use Instead of Antibiotics!

During the winter season, it is common for us to develop colds, flu, sinus infections, and other auto immune issues that lead us to rounds of antibiotics.  However, antibiotics can disrupt our gut flora leading to digestion issues for years.  Here are some remedies that nature has provided us with that work just as well:
1)Cayenne pepper
A spice (also known as capsicum) that aids in breaking up congested mucus to relieve sinus symptoms.   It is also known to help prevent fungus and pathogens.
2) Colloidal silver
This can be used externally and has antiseptic and disinfectant properties.  It can also be used internally for viral infections and parasites.   I suggest the brand Silver Biotics.
3) Garlic
It has a phytochemical Allicin that kills pathogens, fungus and viruses because of it’s antibacterial properties. Garlic has been found to fight against worms, parasites and other fungus.  I recommend using garlic cloves, however they have capsules as well.
4) Echinacea
It is an herb that is commonly used to fight a cold and respiratory infections.
5)  Oregano oil
It is a powerful antimicrobial that can fight off infections due to its antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties.  It can be used as a tea, tincture, capsules or spray for sore throats.
6) Manuka honey
Is a honey from New Zealand that is effective with allergies and sinusitis.  It works wonders to heal sore throats and stops the strep causing bacteria.
