As many of my friends, family and clients know I am a holistic nutritionist of 8 years who has over come MS with food, supplements , essential oils, mindset and yoga. After I was diagnosed I realized I needed to change my life if I wanted to do this naturally so I did. With that being said I practice what I preach and eat as close to al organic as possible , take high quality supplements, meditate and exercise 5-6 times. Week. However, I knew there was something more I wanted to add into my life. I have been on this journey to live a toxin free lifestyle but it wasn’t until I had my daughter that I really became aware of what a toxin free household was. I came across an amazing toxin free company that advocates clean living from everything from deodorant , laundry soap, skin care and make up. The market if floated with “natural” and “organic“ products but it wasn’t until I understood black listed ingredients could I make the best changes for myself and family.
